Doubts due to OCD
Sometimes when I use any website , I
doubt that I have selected something wrong from the website by mistake or write something wrong in the comment by mistake. Although I am sure that I have done nothing wrong but still my mind get anxious due to the doubts.
@selfconfidentFan2861 I am sorry you have doubts about your self esteem, but I will reassure you that everthing in your post appears fine. Often anxiety about what may happen in future can weigh us down.
