Imposter Syndrome OCD

Does anybody else have an OCD obsession with not being mentally ill enough to be deserving of help or not mentally ill enough to where their diagnoses are in fact correct?
I have been having this for a while, but lately the compulsions are getting more and more intense.
Like, I'll think: "I don't have dermatillomania, I just made it up, I'm a liar" and stuff like that.
Then that makes me think "If you don't rip open your skin or scratch off this scab, then you do not have dermatillomania" which then makes me do said things, otherwise I just get too anxious about being a liar.
Did I just discover a new type of OCD?
P.S. I know that there can be infinite OCD types and you can obsess about anything, but I just wanted to ask if anybody relates.
Lots of love,
Alice heart

@aliceaspiringpsychiatrist

I definitely resonate with these feelings regarding my physical illnesses at least. I think it's something many people worry about in all aspects of life, you don't want to be seen as a liar or a fraud.

All I can say is I know how you feel and maybe one day, we can get to a more accepting place where we do not care what other people think of us or whether they believe us or not. <3

@SilentSerenityy
I totally get what you mean! I hope you can feel better both mentally and phisically <3
I just feel like for me I care mostly about what I think actually. Like my opinion is the one that hurts the most to me because it's the one that's in your head 24/7 you know? So it's a lot more distressing and annoying to me but that's just my POV
