OCD Diagnosis ystrdy

I've just been told ystrdy I have OCD (diagnosed ystrdy, 28) as well as autism (diagnosed 16). Which is weird cos it's literally been dismissed so much I cld hve bth or jst told to manage the symptoms without being told how or maybe I was and I don't remember - also a valid option.
Feeling overwhelmed is OCD for life?

I was diagnosed for ocd at 16 its been a mixed journey since then of good and helliah times ☺️🙃🌞
