I wanted to be an egg donor so my bloodline doesn’t die out completely, until I realized I’d have to inject myself several times a day. I am TERRIFIED of needles. Is there a less painful way to donate eggs?

I think a fertility specialist could answer you inquiry best. As far as I know there is not a way to avoid the injections but you never know there could be new technology emerging in regards to this. I hope you find an answer.
