Parenting and Anxiety

Hello 👋 all.

I am hoping to meet some parents who have similar situations. I parent without the other parent around and work full time. I am battling anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I have support from family, but not really connected with people my own age. I feel the void of having someone to confide in who gets it. I just really want to make a friend or two I can lean on sometimes or just vent to.
