Hello, I am a mother of three and I’m just starting my career. I have been in school for five years now and am entering a field that requires me to work outside of the home. I am wondering how other moms manage to transition from staying at home to working. How do you balance everything with your children?

I'm a male but I lived in a similar situation.

Without a man in your life supporting you it can get overwhelming...

I am concerned for you and your kids as well.

In this situation I was the child... I had no guidance,  I was running wild completely out of control and my grades suffered tremendously..

Please try your best and keep the faith, do whatever you can to keep the family together. 🌟

balance is hard it is more like juggling work and family.   do you have a spouse/ partner to help you.

working can be good for your family in learning what it takes to make a career and family work.

To work as a Team to get things done.   Kids can learn to be self-starters and strong.

There may be times when you drop a ball you are juggling but you can pick it up and start again.  be open talk about things as they come up I find kids whose had parents work functioned at a different level then ones who had mom to do everything for them.

I remember when my mom was at university for 5 years with us 3 kids... I had the time of my life!!

I burned down the football field, drained the campus reflecting pond, played with all the kids from dusk til dawn, found out what love really was, destroyed the entire interior of our house, watched MTV, and many many other things... it was 1983...

I hope some of this information helped..

Thank you so much for posting this! Such great memories 🌟🌟
