Hey how are you and your mom doing? I know you both have been having a difficult time recently, hospital, ect. But I never really saw much update, (I may have missed it as I am not the best at checkingg my form notifications) but I figured I would ask and see how y'all are?

I’ve been on 7Cups a lot lately and typing is bothering my carpal tunnel. I’ve also been reaching burnout, and haven’t been accomplishing things I want to do lol!

That sounds cool! Tho a lot of it would depend on what you're interview is over, and how you actually do it? Also are you sure you're up to doing that at the moment, or is this a future plan?

I was thinking about that too, but beyond the initial setup, it would be easy on me. People would interview other people. And it would just be copying and pasting mostly :)
What’s my next move? I did some hygiene self care and I was thinking about creating a playlist, since mine disappeared once I deleted a music app. What else? <3

Hmmm, music is good, I listen to it about 65% of my awake time, it helps me considerate, but occasionally you need silence too. I have found candles often calm me down, the smell but especially the flame. I could stare at one for days but that would damage my eyes so I try to moderate. But I really would suggest lighting a candle if you have one, the physical act of lighting it can be nice and the calm joy of watching it burn while reading s book or even just thinking can bring peace.
Another thing I would highly suggest is praying. Whether you make or already have a prayer journal or you decide to just pray from the mind and heart, you should pray honestly and humbly to God. Or at least that's what the Bible says pray without ceasing. It can help you process something to just pray but more than that you are talking to you heavenly Father who loves you. I know not everyone has the same experience with their Earthly fathers but when I talk to mine, even when it's tough or hard or I don't want to, it brings a small bit of peace just knowing I don't have to bear my thoughts alone. Even more when my dad does reply whether it seems helpful or not, I know he put thought and experience into his reply or actions, God does better he truly wants to bear our burdens and give us his for it is easy and light. His response to our prayers is full of infinite Love, kindness, patience, knowledge, and experience, his response, no matter what it is, will be the best one.
Sorry kinda went on a rant there, hopefully that was a little helpful. Also maybe painting your nails if you do that? It takes time and consideration but also gives you time to think while successfully doing something for yourself. And if you can't do it for yourself do it for others they might think it's cool or something idk.
