I had chile verde pork guiso. It had potato too. 10/10 in flavor, and the spice level was high

It's almost like a sauce. Like, it's technically a stew, but it comes on a plate instead of a bowl - not all watery or messy. At least the ones I'm used to.
I've never considered that, like... Mexican stew exists. That's cool <3
Anyway, this wasn't about me. 😂 Or delicious spicy Mexican stew. I was trying to give a suggestion, and I can only hope it was a helpful one
