Thank you, I'm struggling to respond without expressing the disappointment I feel, I'm left questioning my judgement.
I'm talking to a 'talking therapy' service locally and have found an ADHD support group I can go to fortnightly. I don't trust myself not to say something I'll only regret so I'm hoping to thank the people that have genuinely been supportive and then stop looking or responding on the forums. At the end of the month's therapy I'll consider leaving Cups entirely, remove the temptation to take part in the forums completely.
