Ice it def, rest it, do not use it any extra then u need to rest it as much as u can. Do not exercise on it lol, no stairs either. Honestly I just take stuff and pretend it works lol. If u have smth maybe u can take smth for the pain, creams or meds or whatever. Keep it elevated too, helps with swelling. Also don’t try to stretch your leg especially your calf (right above your ankle is your calf), it could cramp and that is extremely painful but if you ever do get a calf cramp jump on it stops it immediately
I’m tired, wanna remember stuff been stuck like this for months, feel like my grandma with my memory lol.

as far as i know, you have to give some sort of proof of age, possibly passport? and theres an interview on video call but Ive heard there are exceptions to the interview. There might be some kind of quiz or test too?
