She said that, with my ED, I should use both a dietician and a therapist. I need to add more proteins (peanut butter on apples, peanuts sprinkled on my rice and veggies, etc). I need a psyllium husk fiber supplement. And I should try this technique called “The 3 Ds: Delay, Distract, Decide”. <3

So, I tried a belly dancing class. Just because someone asked me to. I didn't like it that much. 😅

Lol, not much to say... Its happening in a scuba gear shop after close... So it's really cramped. The teacher reminds me of the Sparkle Motion lady from Donnie Darko. We mostly practiced isolated dance movements and incorporating them together. There were only two other women in the class with me. Maybe a third, but I think she was an assistant. I kind of learned how to use finger cymbals (my thumbs are honestly too big for them), and then we did stretches.
The teacher did at least say something ninja-like about how we're supposed to feel pain and relax to soften it. She said it better. Anyway, I have a free second class .. after that, they're 30 dollars a pop. Honestly... As open as I am, I'm not looking forward to the free one, and not even sure I'll be back. It was kinda boring and awkward.

Lol, kind of... Lots of full body movement. I've done a little swing with my grandma... I can at least do a little. Improv really sounds fun, but I don't think it exists in my immediate area.

Id need to be a student for the ones here. They say they have it at the theater my dad used to direct plays at, but they totally don't. Apparently it's the same thing in the nearby city. They have improv groups, but no direct classes.
Check the library, and Groupon. I did one through an acting studio that I never knew existed. Tiny hole in the wall place lol

Hmmmmmm. The best chilis are almost always spicy, but I was having to experiment with making good non-spicy chilis for my mom... So i'd take any pointers for that I can get.
Ground beef. Tomato sauce. Kidney beans. Those packages of chili seasoning you get from the store. HEAVEN. <3
Beef and tomato sauce good, kidney beans good. I make my own seasoning though. 😉 Knowing what to use from the spice cabinet is my specialty. Even if I don't get to use the spicy stuff.

It's less of a knowledge with me and more of a talent. I think it comes from having a mom that doesn't know how to spice anything. 😅
