yeah i think i understand what you mean, about not trusting yourself to see the good in people. or maybe idk what im talking about lol 💜 Idk if there is good in everyone tbh, there are some people out there that are really cruel. And once a person has a ton of experience with these kinds of people, heartless people, it’s really really hard to trust ever again. i think that’s a normal way our brains respond to it tbh, it might be a defence mechanism of sorts.

yeah i understand the overthinking. Coming up with theories and ideas. The anxiety is crazy. it’s really tiring tbh and while we may be sceptical of what our brain says to us, at times it’s really easy to believe. over time if we reinforce certain things it just becomes a fact in our minds 💜

Nadia… yk…. it’s okay, to be depressing. it’s okay to write what you’re feeling, at the time. Loneliness is painful and complicated 💜 life is painful and complicated, so many things are. I'm not sure whether you journal or write things down often but i know it can be pretty cathartic when we write things down. it may cause us to think more deeply about it sometimes or spiral down 😔 but it’s okie to let your thoughts out. I know you posted something earlier in your diary thread, and i think you wrote that you just wanted it to be there, instead of having people copy/paste and read it. And that’s okay. i didn’t read it, because at times i want that too, with my own things i write. Sometimes there is a certain catharsis in having it posted, and at the same time we may not want people to read it. The latter may be influenced by some overthinking or anxiety 💜 and that’s valid and normal and understandable. (I am sorry if i misunderstood you friend 😅)
