@Orange64 I get attached easily, even to strangers, and it messes with my relationships. I’m working on it, but it feels good to talk about it.
@FATIMA000 what's wrong in that? Talking to strangers is good if it's safe , and it's ok to have some attachment because things said good goes to heart. So what gets wrong?
@Orange64 It's unhealthy for me because I get sick when they stop replying or when they're cold, even though I know I can't control them or their emotions.
@FATIMA000 Oops sry sry for these reactions or if they get cold. Do u think u keep any expectations with them , before taking Or maybe as u talk? Or it's general for all?
@Orange64 I don't know why, but it’s always the same. I get attached to them a lot, and then I end up alone.
@FATIMA000 yes that hurts a lot . But loneliness surely sucks but what if u talk to ppl without any expectations just to free ur mind from it? And loneliness can be used as a great tool too for productivity. Nd there are lots of amazing ppl here as well whom u can talk with
@Orange64 I guess I just want to feel like I matter to someone too, and that hope keeps growing, even when I try to stop it
@FATIMA000 yess it's understandable. But we don't stop take caring for ourselves in this case. We are a lot good , we need to find out ourselves. Atlast we are going to help ourselves not any person.
And we know this thing is hurting us a lot. So I g it's not a healthy thing if it hurts. I believe there is some way to surpass.

@Orange64 You’re totally right… It’s hard to admit, but deep down I know I need to learn to be enough for myself. I just have this reflex to seek comfort in others, when I should be the one taking care of myself. I really hope I can find that path little by little. Thank you for reminding me of that
@FATIMA000 yes little by little I hope u can search it. And challenges may come as well that may draw into believing the past things but u can do it . We are here to help too in this journey .

@FATIMA000 I like everything xD. Earlier I drew portraits , sceneries , perspectives or whatever called , soke pokemons lol , animals , water colour things , nature , pen sketching ....etc.......
But I did nothing in 5 years , so rn I am back to lines......square.......triangles.....cubes .......cones......nd other primitive things lol

@FATIMA000 I was in a very bad shape at the beginning of 2025. It got much worse, and I had a couple of bad thoughts. I got a bit scared about them, so I started looking for free therapy online and ended up here
