I feel rlly sh*t rn 😕 I keep slipping so badly repeatedly :( and hating myself 😔 I haven't been studying at all... Just scrolling all day and wasting time.. I feel tired, after a slip just now... going to sleep rn, and hopefully wake up a lil refresh... then try to focus 🙁❤️

I love the you that relapsed. okay? You that scrolled. So know that you are not a bad person cs you did those. You are a scientist cs you know about your feelings , you notice your feelings and relapses, you talk to others about it.
It is okay to rest. Even if you didn't study that day, don't blame yourself. Your brain was so tired, there is no energy left to study.
Maybe you could write about it in your journal.
I am here with you.
I can relate so much to feeling like s.hit. and it is understandable why you feel that way. It's okay.
Even on the days i am not on cups, i am with you together, and we are doing this.

@fossilfellow yes they are. Even humans are too lol. If you put a baby in a pool, they won't drown. they'll float and they'll try to swim towards you. A lot to people (including me) haven't learnt how to swim from a coach. You just learn it after some time.

An automatic food machine for my pets... I'll add dogs too <3 then make cute videos of both cat and dogs playing around 😅 and make those sigma edits of my cat flexing their reflexes...

I've been feeling a bit alone in the gym since last few days, cus my gym veteran is tryna make me more independent which i respect... Like we don't train together anymore, he guides me with what to do next like a coach.. It'll take time for me to get used to it

Idk it should prob have cats in it that for sure :p i don't really want it to be all bright and stuff in lights... Colour would be yellow or Lavender... Tiles would be full of furrs and stuff hehe, basically a Zoo kind off 😭
I would want my house to be in an island... Where not many ppl lives... Like a beach type, but there should good food stalls near by <3 to order food whenever I want to 😁 how Abt you??

Yessh, I have been to a beach like euh 3-4 times at most I guess ( that's all I remember for now ), it was fun <3 I loved when my leg were soaking inside the sand... That feeling <3 wasn't able to make sand castles tho.

@chillmoon Oh yup, do you enjoy going to beech often? Isn't it too sunny at times, like in my place it's almost always been sunny whenever I've been to a beech :( and had to apply sunscreen which wasn't enough...
@fossilfellow Yes unless you go before 10 a.m, it's sunny. Beach is best from 5.00-9.00 a.m. and 4.30-6.00 p.m.
I don't go often. I live quite far from the beach. I haven't gone for like 4 years cs of exams and all. also adults are busy with work.
@chillmoon yeah, makes sense.. 4 years is a long time :( you prob miss goin to beech sometimes... I went on beech like 6 months ago last time but didn't go on water, it was very sunny last time and to be real, the shores here aren't that clean, there were lot garbage.
@fossilfellow Ah yh I've heard many beaches in your country is not very clean. That is not a good condition to go in the water.
If you ever come to my country one day, you can go to a good sandy beach.

No, I live very far from sea... Like it would take atleast 2-3 hrs for me to go to the nearest beech. After travelling with trains and stuff ( I still suck at travelling too far alone, the train and all feels very confusing for some reason 😕 I need to get used to it )

@chillmoon no, I'll have to ask for their permission first to go that far, or have someone ( friends ) with me. I still suck at train travelling, cus I don't travel far very often.
Once I learn how to travel and get more used to the routes and stuff, I guess I'll be allowed to travel alone, but still need to inform where I'm and all yk

@fossilfellow I get motion sickness when I go on vehicles. But in train I don't. Do you know motion sickness?
@chillmoon Yes, my mom gets it all the time... when traveling on vehicles.. Glad you don't get dizzy on train <33 here train travelling is a rollar coaster tbh ð«¯

@chillmoom actually, my house was once painted in lavender colour :) like atleast the idea was it... But the workers ended up mixing a bit too much of white paint on the mixture so the effect was very light, still it looked very soothing to the eyes <3 I remember. Do you have a fav colour?

@chillmoon That's a great idea 😁💖 but I'm honestly feeling very low rn :( cus we're not allowed to turn on the A.C since last 3 days. Due to some problems. It's very hot here, plus I just got to know that my main exam center will be very far from where i live.
Like atleast 4 hours of travelling.. just to get there :/ nd i feel like I'm not ready at all.
So maybe my replies would feel low in energy

@chillmoon I haven't seen any pizza makers here, but it seems to be the original/ real way to cook a pizza

I've had pizzas made in those ovens and they taste very natural. Like the under part is usually black cs it's burnt. in authentic ways they don't put any artificial sauce in the pizza. Just tomato pulp.

@chillmoon I see, yeah I've seen those videos of them making pizza â¤ï¸ I used to make pizza on gas stove 𥲠Maybe that's the reason it ends up being burnt so often... But when it doesn't, it tastes fabulous <3 Actually we get readymade dough from shop. All we gotta do is fill in the veggie, spices and cheese, then bake it :)

@chillmoon Yup those r ready made dough base ( what i call XD ) idk if it tastes same as the authentic ones, probably not..but still gives a nice crunch 😋❤️

@chillmoon Yes many rastrorants, but they all make it the same way as far as I've seen, like either they use oven or gas stove for baking pizza.
There's also dominos and pizza hut near by, but i don't visit so often.. we simply order online mostly.

But there are like 2 places that make authentic pizza, from the brick oven with firewood.

Yeah it's easier to order home, but sometimes they end up delivering it cold 😕
@fossilfellow Very different. It doesn't taste artificial. And there's a bitterness in the crust cs it's always burnt in places. like the black burn. So, many people who are used to amarican pizza doesn't like the authentic ones.
Yeah, that is the downside of ordering home. It gets cold

@chillmoon oh okai 😁 I love making pizza ( at 3 am when there's ingrediants at home ) but most of the time they end up burnt 😅 and sometimes when there's no cheese available i simply put lots of different spice mix and sauce with veggies... To make it taste more like a pizza 😭

@chillmoon Yes, the pre-made ones... I dun make dough.. just slice those readymade base in half and fill in the ingredients then cook <3 It's not that hard <3 ❤️🤗

@fossilfellow Watched yt shorts cs i have my phone with me. i don't feel motivated to do anything. also my dog is having fever and doesn't eat much and have to give medicine. When dogs get sick i think it's not worth all the trouble 😭😭
@chillmoon SAME i watched y.t shorts for hours... And had relapse last night. I'm so sorry your dog is sick 🙁🙁 I can imagine how difficult it would be to make him eat medicines 🥲 even for a cat it's so hard to hold them and stuff..
