Tbh at this point i'm very inclined to believe its man-made but yk. Idk.
also im sorry i didnt help much :/ im not sure how to help because i still fear/worry about it myself sometimes too. but tbh the only thing i think might help is research. maybe researching old religions, looking at similarities between todays religions (like some people say christianity bares a lot of resemblance to old pagan religions), and the origin of the idea of h*ll and stuff.
even with how our world is, and with how we cant know anything for sure about the paranormal stuff… the stuff we do sort of know is at least worth looking into i guess.
idk at least for me im going to try answering the questions i have which will help me decide whether i wanna reconvert 🤷🏻♀️

Me personally (Ni or whoever rn), i dont really get scared too much for myself anymore, sometimes i get scared for other people tho. But one of my others/voices/brain people/whatever holds a lot of our religious trauma and she panics more than i do and i hate it when we panic
