Borderline personality
I have borderline personality disorder and I don’t know if I’m wrong or right in my relationship. I’m so confused by wrong and right that when I get treated bad I feel shameful. I don’t want to lose my relationship. Does anyone else feel this way?
Following. Same.
Yeah me too. It helps to be open with your partner about this things!
Yes, absolutely. It's like you don't know what's "real" and what's not... Am I making a big deal out of nothing? Do other people get upset over things like this? But I guess in relationships it shouldn't be about who's wrong or right because there is no wrong or right when it comes to emotions. Emotions just are.
Hello everyone! I'm not sure I have BPD but it's very likely. The good news is, after being in therapy for decades and trying all sorts of therapies I believe i found out why things never worked for me. Moreover I found the way out. The best news is that it doesn't necessarily need a specialist to get rid of our problems.
In simple words, all we need is each other. To share our feeling and struggles and the darkness within us. We need to find support from others who went through the same experiences and therefore can understand, validate, acknowledge our struggles and offer their support.
I'm looking for others who believe in this and are willing to go through this healing experience.
I'll start by sharing valuable information from top researchers on the topic about the cause of our misery and about the way out.
Anyone interested?
As a start I'd like to tell everyone in this group: I'm sorry you're feeling these powerful destructive feelings. It's not your fault, and you deserve to have a good life full of happiness, love, meaning, and everything you want and desire. You're doing well, you're doing your best and I'm proud of you. You didn't do this to yourself, it was done to you.
I wish you a happy day :)
Ive been through the same thing myself exactly how you’ve explained it.
Very few people understand this constant fear & anxiety.
Same abbysee I'm with you, I understand you very well
