Have you ever.....
Have anyone experienced the feeling of the highest level of being motivated, loved, excited, and being optimistic at one moment then the feeling of totally drained, disappointed, hurt, sad, and worst feeling empty the next moment for vague reasons? i've been feeling this roller coaster of emotion for the longest time and i don't really know what to do anymore. I always acted cool about it but deep inside I'm in chaos and in the midsts of a breakdown anytime soon. I have my family around but they are not as open-minded about this kind of matter. Every time I try to open up to them they'll just call me weak and dismisses the topic. I really need help but no one in my circle notices it.
Hey! I 100% understand you!!! Sometimes my energy is up high and everything seems perfect, and out of the blue it just drops and I feel like I fall in a whole and I can’t climb out of it. I’ve been having these kinds of episodes for a few years now, and my family doesn’t always know how to deal with it. In the beginning they didn’t at all, now they’re learning but still a long way to go. I understand you and you’re NOT alone 🤗

Sorry that you've been experiencing that but really happy to hear that your family is starting to understand things a little bit, even if they're not completely where you'd like them to be yet. 💜

Hello
I am so glad you chose to come and share on this forum. It's very supportive with some of the most compassionate people who do intense heartful listening.
First of all, get this clear what you are experiencing is not strange or rare in any way.
We all experience such highs and lows, ups and downs, a pendulum of emotions. I do too. There isn't always a reason you can pinpoint, it's the lows so don't worry your head off.
The highs we all welcome and enjoy, it's the lows that upset us and that's what we have to learn to handle. Tools and techniques that work wonders are :
meditation
yoga
physical exercise
music
reaching out to someone who understands you
indulging in an activity that uplifts you
See what works for you and try it out.
Also, remember no one can understand us as we can, all we really have is ME so be there for yourself 100%.
Hope I made sense. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat further.
All the best.
Tani
Do you find that little things trigger you to a low and you dwell on it. Head noise. I wonder though. Is it me? or is it the people around me that are being malicious and are mentally abusing you? How can you tell? I feel like i’m going crazy!

Can relate to what you're describing where if I'm in a certain kind of state, sometimes even small things can feel like they're too much to bear and push me over the edge or lead to a downward spiral.
There are a lot of different things that can be described as abusive, e.g. here is one list.

I'd say whether someone's behavior is abusive or not, if they're doing something that's bothering you, then that matters and it might be worth discussing with them.
