Been needing help...

Idk what topic this would belong in - but recently I've been struggling with supporting my alter "H" who happens to be a little.
I don't have much experience with personality disorders and that lack of knowledge has been making it harder to cope.

I don't have any outside support beyond my social worker, and recently H has been wanting to interact with other littles but I don't know how or where she can do that safely.

I've been feeling overwhelmed and I just need an out but don't know where to look.
Any help would be great.

I genuinely hope that anyone here in this community with knowledge of personality disorders, might direct you to some supportive outlets 😊💛

Hi there 💜 I know that there's a 7 Cups subforum for dissociative disorders (nested within Trauma Support), but I'm not 100% sure how active it is:
https://www.7cups.com/forum/trauma/DissociationRelatedDisorders_2335/

You might be able to find some listeners who are systems by searching Browse Listeners for people who have dissociative disorders listed as "lived experience" and then reviewing their profiles, but it's probably going to be hit-or-miss:
https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/?badge=0&find=&sort=&category=166&ageGroup=&listType=listener&gender=&religion=&country=&language=&verifiedlistener=on&livedExperience=on

I would think that there should be Reddit communities that would be active and have other littles interested in connecting? (E.g. I did a quick Google search and r/DIDlittles popped up. I can't vet that specific community without joining and it's a private community, but that might possibly work or there may be other similar communities.)
