Bpd
It's crazy that I haven't went to a therapist, but I kinda checked all the symptoms if having bpd and I just realized that my anger issues come from bpd, I easily split at stupid things it's hard for me to take a breath, and do "breathing exercises" when I just wanna explode, and it just feels worthless

I'm sorry that you are struggling so much.
It can be helpful to find answers and support and to learn more about oneself and better, healthier coping mechanisms 🩷

Hey, glad you decided to reach out 💜 Makes sense that you'd be looking into BPD if you feel like the descriptions resonate and it captures your experience accurately.
There are a lot of different kinds of coping strategies. Some people like breathing and it works for them, and some people don't. (I personally don't like trying to force my breathing to do something different than what it's already doing.) So if breathing doesn't work, you can pick something else that works better and that's completely okay.
If you want some ideas, the "distress tolerance" links on this page list some other options. These come from DBT, which is one of the main therapies for helping people with BPD:

I am sorry you are feeling this way. I understand the frustration, and it's 100% valid to want to explode right now. Anger is a very valid expression of emotions. Always remember that each emotion deserves to be felt, including anger!
