Hello 💜 I was able to find a few free online tests just by Google searching for "BPD test"... but I can't say for sure that they're reliable so I'm not 100% comfortable linking them. The general rule of thumb is that only a licensed medical professional can officially diagnose anything.

Something I often tell people who suspect they have BPD but are unsure is that resources for BPD will probably be helpful regardless of whether you "do" or "don't" have BPD. Mental health is a spectrum and people who don't meet all of the diagnostic criteria for something but have lots of experiences in common can still benefit.

Many of the usual therapies for BPD (DBT, ACT, CBT, etc.) tend to be effective for lots of different mental health conditions, and they also often have free self-help websites/apps/books that someone can work from on their own even if they don't have access to a therapist.
