Does anyone feel the same
Do you ever just go through something and feel the need to talk about it to anyone like anyone, you do then the person can't relate or you don't wanna share to another person cause you fear what will happen when u actually let them see how vulnerable or how you are actually?
@Suchan267
Yes, what you're describing happens often, especially for those who have no one to talk to or no one nearby who could help and support them. In such cases, you can go to this website, for example, and they will try to help you. In any case, this is normal, and such things happen in our world, unfortunately.
@Suchan267
you are not alone. Sometimes in sharing we are vague or not understood because we have not conveyed in ways other people understand. I have rephrased sometimes, and they got what I was saying. examples help to communicate.
Perhaps the other person can relate ...but they act like they do not because they are afraid to share or are embarrassed, they are having similar issues. Maybe they want to keep up an act that they have all their stuff together and have NO issues. it does make us want to not share but if you find someone to share with it is worth it to have real connection IMO.
@Suchan267 absolutely. I’m not sure if it’s a personality disorder thing or not, but literally no one can relate to the way that I think. Ranting helps me get the things going on off my chest, and after that I’m fine, but then when I rant, people either can’t relate to me, think I have a “problem”, or feel sorry for me. I literally can’t stand when people feel sorry for me, so it makes the whole thing worse. But yes, I get it.
