Emotional dis regulation can be tough because sometimes we feel like others are not making the effort we need.

And things can quickly become intense.

It's about honesty.

Good communication and patience and not taking anything personally 🩷

What I've seen help with identity fragmentation is being curious/accepting about all of the different parts/selves that exist. All of it's real, and all of it has a good reason for being there. A 'whole' self happens when all of the different parts feel like they're able to exist, be heard, and have their needs met in a safe/integrated way.

When you say “identity fragmentation” are you meaning something in relation to Dissociative Identity Disorder? What have you been struggling with?
