OCD VS OCPD
A bit ago there was a session called, Understanding OCPD. It was very alarming to see so many not know of OCPD ( Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder) I have decided to change this and show a bit of imagery that helps!

Thank you for having the desire to want to educate people on what OCD & POCD are. I feel like they have been popularized/ sensationalized through social media & most people don’t truly know what it’s like to live with this life interrupting illness. I’ve found that finding others who really understand what it’s like to live with these diagnoses is hard.
