@Alphish

We all go through these momentary questioning periods and start wondering about the meaning of life but you are here because you matter 🥰

Hey, do you ever have any answers to that question, or does it still feel like an open/unanswered question?

Or sometimes even just being able to say "this is an answer that I used to believe in that I no longer trust" gets you closer to understanding things.

Every so often those kinds of questions arise and build up in urgency for me until I'm unable to ignore them. I'll usually have to sit down and just work through it and come to some kind of resolution that I'm happy enough with that it doesn't bother me again for a little while.

I don't tend to think that things like meaning/purpose, self/identity, or plans/goals are permanent or lasting. They're created things that break or need to be repaired/rebuilt/renewed periodically. If you can't solve it immediately, the process of thinking about it is still valuable and will start generating ideas/associations and create the conditions for being able to have an epiphany sometime later.

Gotcha, a couple ideas:

1) Maybe if there's a time when you're feeling calm, think through the doubts, see if you can resolve them, and then write a message or list of reminders for yourself to look at the next time you have the doubts:

2) If the doubts aren't the issue so much as the panic, then find some things that help with the panic in the moment:
