The misunderstanding about narcisissm. I don't WANT to hurt you.

So to clear things up, I'm diagnosed with Narcisstic Personality Traits that led to depression. The first mistake people who want to understand this penomenon is that they assume every narcissist feels superior to others. This is not true. Narcissistic tendencies make you feel special, yes. But this is mostly linked to the well known narcissist. But here's a shoutout for everyone so society finally understands that there are other narcissists. Those who suffer. Those who are so fragile that if they don't feel special they question there right to be existent. I will try to vent here in the future and bring light in this obscure topic. There are narcissists who DO NOT want to hurt anybody but can't help themselves. We almost never feel anything at all except boredom or emptiness. Everything is a fassade made up to be liked, to get a good feedback, to be seen as a good person, everybody should be envious about. But behind that, there is so much NOTHING, so many scars that exist since childhood and never ever had the chance to heal. We are many. Some are just perfectionists who fail to handle life because of a single mistake they made. Some have eating disorders because they want to be complimented, yet they reject every good word about them, because NOBODY can see what's inside. We are so hurt in our trust in the world, the good, humans and especially ourselfes that we don't even know what to believe. I hope I makde it a bit clearer that there are narcissists who suffer from being mentally ill and DON'T WANT to hurt anybody but do it because they once were hurt so badly.

-Love to you all,
Erik
