@QuietMagic

My week has been pleasantly good, not too busy, giving me a chance to recharge 🥰

This year, I've learnt not to let others actions  dictate my mood or ruin my whole day 💖

@Amanda84

Glad that you've had a peaceful week 🙏 And that sounds pretty great being able to maintain relative emotional stability even if other people are doing weird things 😊

💙 How has your week been?

My week has been alright, struggled with my mental health and physical health a bit. So I am taking it day by day and repeating the coping skills that work well.

💛 What's something helpful you've learned or mastered in the past year?

I've learned distress tolerance and that has helped me handle anything stressful, by not becoming overwhelmed and processing my emotions as they come in waves.

I would like to ask for support while I search for a job and navigate the holiday season with some losses of people in my personal life, specifically my grandmother and a family friend who was like an uncle.

If you prefer not to answer these questions, feel free to say hello, ask for a hug, or share anything else that's on your mind. 💚

Hi, that feel pretty healthy just trying to pace yourself and do what works for managing everything when there's some stress/struggle. 💜 Any particular distress tolerance skills that you use the most or that feel like your go-to when things feel bad?

Sorry about the losses 🙏 Wishing you the best with job searching and getting through the holidays, and hope that you're able to keep moving through the feelings as they come whatever they may be.

@QuietMagic

For distress tolerance, I learned to let things go and not take on everyone's problems as if they're my own. Also, debriefing after work for 15 mins instead of dwelling on it. Thanks for your kind words, encouragement, and support!! ❤️

@peacefulvibes96

That sounds great 💜 I love doing debriefs/check-ins with myself periodically to just gauge how things are going. And I imagine it would be easier to feel like you don't have to dwell if there's less of a sense of "this is a problem that I need to figure out" for certain situations

💙 How has your week been?
tiring, although nothing much significant happened either.

💛 What's something helpful you've learned or mastered in the past year?
i mean i'm still a work in progress, but a mindset of even if you're tired or feeling lazy, do it anyway.

@daydreammemories

Hello 💜 Sorry that the week has been tiring. Makes sense that that would be helpful to keep pushing and do what needs to be done rather than waiting for the perfect moment/feeling. ("Behavioral activation" pops into my mind when I hear that.)
