I've learnt more about why I put alot of people before myself and why I try to be there for others and I've learnt that I need to start prioritizing myself and to not feel guilty about it 🥰💚

Hi, thank you 💜 That sounds really helpful--it's one thing to feel like "I should be taking care of myself" but another to understand what the feelings/motivations are that lean in the other direction and finding a balance.

🧡 How are you feeling today? I feel ok, feeling equipped for the week again and energized. I did get my first unemployment benefits check, so I feel hopeful and financially secure.
💗 What's something that you feel like you understand better now than you did in the past? I understand that despite what God has taken away, He will still provide for me and He is still SO GOOD

Energized is a nice place to be! And that's very comforting to feel like even after you've lost certain things there's still a basic foundation of support, comfort, and beauty underneath it all 💜
