My week has been fairly decent, overall. It's had its ups and downs, but it's been more ups than downs so that's a good thing! 😀
💜 Has there been a time recently where you were feeling overwhelmed but you were able to make it through that experience without things spiraling?
Most definitely! It was just yesterday actually, where for a brief moment, I thought of resorting to destructive behavior for release due to stress... but I ended up wiping the tears from my eyes and pushed the thought out because I can't go back to that place. No one is worth it for me. I call this my biggest win of the week so far. 😀

Glad your week has had more plusses than minuses 💜 And that's a huge win being able to get through that moment based on that feeling of "it's not worth it and I don't want things to go back to how they were"

I've had a hard week, tiring, emotional, alot of things to juggle, which I felt I was drowning at times, I'm looking forward to a quiet weekend, a nice Mother's day on Sunday with my mam. Then looking forward to recharging just in time for some St. Patricks day celebrations 💚 I hope you've an awesome weekend Quiet 🤗
