☀️ How are you feeling today?…. Was feeling a little tired today. But a nice late afternoon walk with the pup in the sunshine helped improve my energy.
☀️ What is your favorite thing about yourself?…. Overall, one of my favorite things about myself is that I’m a pretty good dancer. And can pick up Choreo from others almost instantly. I’m also a pretty good singer.~

As someone who has zero (negative) dance ability, it's mind-boggling to me that there are people who can instantly learn choreography just from watching someone else do it. 😊 I saw that when I was a piano accompanist for musical theater auditions years ago, and it kind of broke my brain, lol--that's pretty awesome

This week was tough, I have been sick recently with a bad ear infection, and my dad isn't well , alot if hospital appointments and sleepless nights, I've been stressed , worried, grieving the loss of a friend, and cousin, who both died in tragic circumstances. It's been hard to navigate some time to just be alone and process my feelings, being running alot on empty 🩵

Wow, that is so much all at once... and any one of those things would be pretty difficult. 😢 I hope the ear infection gets better soon. (I guess that's the "easy" one... everything else sounds like it'll take time to work through.) I assume your siblings are still not really helping with your dad so most of the burden has fallen onto you?

I do everything, I don't mind because I love him but sometimes I just want someone to make me a cup of tea and ask me if I'm ok 🩷
