It has been a great week! Most days have been cool enough to stay out all day. Everywhere I go, pumpkins, ghosts, and witches. Do I dare mention that the Halloween candy is out!?! Gotta enjoy this while it is here.
❤️ How has your week been so far?… It’s been pretty well overall. The weather has been beautiful, (no more Heat & Humidity teaming up together!), so outdoor time is plenty, enjoyable, & good for the wellbeing~ Plus it’s October, (one of my Favorite months). 🎃
🧡 What's something you're working on learning or exploring lately?…. Working on & Learning to create more time for rest days & selfcare time… As well as maintaining progress as I get closer to achieving some of my personal goals.
