Anxious vs Avoidant
Good time zone, everyone!
Here is a lovely resource I stumbled upon. This is also to help the member @stillloving325 spot the differences between Anxious and Avoidant! Yes, it says "Partner" however, this can be signs to watch over for in friends, family, loved ones, and even ourselves.

Thanks for sharing. 💜 I know I've chatted with multiple people recently who have found themselves on one side or the other of this kind of relationship dynamic (e.g. person with an avoidant attachment style in a relationship with a person with an anxious attachment style). It's uniquely tricky when one person's way of seeking safety feels like a threat to the other person's sense of safety.
Found the following resource that has some info/tips for how to navigate this kind of situation. Main things that jumped out at me were communicating in non-blaming ways ("I" statements), respecting each other's triggers, and understanding when a relationship might be too damaging to sustain.
