Mirrors - Collective writing session!

This poem was written by several people in a collective writing exercise! Thank you al for joining in, and I hope you've enjoyed the session! I think it turned out great!|

"Mirrors!"

1. Hello Mirror my old friend
2. I’ve come to Windex you again!
3. Hanging mirror, on the wall
4. The prettiest of them all?
6. What makes you pretty, what makes you fine?
7. What makes me lose myself in your perfect shine?
8. We spray you down until we remove the streak,
9. A flawless finish, is what we ultimately seek.
11. Yeah, no dirty mirrors allowed here!
12. Everything must be crystal clear!
13. What about water, what if it gets wet?
14. That’s no issue at all, we have Windex!
16. A drop of soap! Mix it Faster!
17. Gives us the sparkle we’re after!
18. If not for that liquid, we cant clean!
19. Clean until shine with a bright beam!
21. Water is needed by humans, it’s said!
22. if they don’t feed on it, they will be dead!
23. Would sailors want a mirror, to look at the past?
24. No! To the future, sailors move forward, fast!
26. Two sides of the mirror, one where I stand alone
27. And one where I see all of my highs and lows!
28. A single reflection, yet a thousand ideas
29. Showing me, my love, feelings and fears
31. Faced it’s own clashes, just like us
32. Broken into pieces, gather the chunks
33. Joined together, no effort is in vein!
34. A shattered mirror is whole again!
