Hello everyone. I'm new. I love to be with people and to really listen. I love to have a feeling of space and expansiveness around my listening too. Sometimes to be listened to is all we really need. To be really listened to in a way that we can feel in our bodies. Being listened to helps me to listen to myself. It's good being here.

I'm struggling with a anxiety. I've been on medication on and off for 15 years now but due to current life situations I am finding myself struggling a lot to leave the house and do everyday tasks. I hope I can overcome this.
