Hi everyone,
After a bad relationship 2 years ago and coming out as a trans woman, I lost all my friends. I have recently come out of a mental health recovery facility. I'm here to basically try and build a little support for myself, so here goes nothing.

Hello all, I have recently joined 7 cups to be one of the many active listeners in this community. I come from a family wear mental and emotional health is not prioritized. As you may guess, this has resulted in much of my family suffering with issues unnecessarily. If mental health was not so taboo more people would feel free to both give and seek support. As someone who has benefitted from caring listeners, I hope to provide the same comforting and safe environment that helped me.
@Hope Hi, I joined 7cups to be a helping and hand with open ears and heart. I enjoy listening to those in need and if I can make a difference one step at a time I am happy. I am new and still figuring it out, but enjoy my time on here. I often find myself spending 5+ hours here a day, and quite enjoy it.
