I joined up and paid the $150 for theraphy. So far so good. But it would be nice if she was here on the weekends.
@tuskmo Hi, there. Taking advantage of the listener community on the weekends may be a good option. I hope you find that all the other things 7 Cups has to offer will help you during the weekends.
Hello everyone! Lovely to meet you! I'm joining 7 Cups because any time I'm having an anxiety attack or am in the throes of depression I always almost sign up for BetterHelp.com but then don't want to pay and just kind of want people to hear me and listen. I think I have undiagnosed ADHD, I struggle with maintaining habits and routines. I'm constantly changing my career path and live very much in the moment with almost no goals. I'm not sure if this is good or bad. MOST of the time I'm enjoying life but sometimes I have some really low lows.

I joined 7 cups to help improve my tberapeutic skills and also attend sessions I can manage my anxiety
@Hope I joined 7 cups for my Mental Health coarse and really gained a liking for it! I love helping people out and just being able to be a listener for them in their time of need!! Very accomplishing
