I joined 7Cups because i want everyone to have it perfect.

Hello, all. I'm here because I've been dealing with mental health issues (namely PTSD and moderate depression) for a while now. I just recently started college and I'm not sure how comfortable I am using my university's counseling services, so I'm turning to 7cups. I'd like to form a support system and make friends that both understand what I'm going through and can help me by sharing their own experiences and what they did to get better. Life can be rough (and I won't lie, it certainly is for me right now), but I'm hoping to meet people who will make dealing with it all worth it. 😊 I'm very hopefully that 7cups will help with that.

After a long time Anxiety is hunting me...again

After an illness which resulted in Anxiety, I just can't find the way back to a "normal" life. I'm worried.

I miss so many people in my life and I hope I can find people here I can talk to.

Hello, I am here to show support to those in need and offer myself to serve others. Mental health is very difficult but I am certain that people can benefit from this platform. I can offer help and learn myself to become a better person on 7 cups.

I joined 7 cups to help practice my 1-1 listening skills. I am in my first year of social service worker, and my end goal is a masters in counselling psychology. I think 7cups is a great opportunity to gain some experience.

It really took me a while to find the forums here in 7-Cups.

My name is Albert, and I am a relatively new user here. What brought me here is that I was referred to by the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline to register here and share my stories regarding my emotional experiences.

I so far have been struggling with mental issues like Stress, Anxiety, Depression and sometimes Fatigue.

Hi. My name is susan. I am 48 years old mother of 3 my oldest som is 29, my only daughter is 19, and my youngest son is 17 and will be 18 this March. I also have 2 grandchildren. But everything in my life has changed and I mean EVERYTHING. My husband shockingly became a SICK POS so I divorced him. My oldest son has recently been sent to prison. My Daughter went off to college and my youngest will be 18 in March and is enlisted in the marines. We had to move out of our beautiful home and now live in a crappy trailer. I've had 2 heart attack. And. I have a boyfriend who is sometimes extra. My truck keeps breaking down. I had to get rid of my Toy Yorkie dog that we all love because I cant have pets where i live. And I feel LOST AND BROKEN and I am scared and I don't know what to do anymore. I am sad and I cry EVERYDAY!!!

Hello everyone,

It is been 3 years since I broke up with my ex. I was with him for 10 years. In those years he abused me and manipulated me. He made me believe no one liked me and he was the only one who cared for me. I was depressed most of the 10 years and believed what he said. I felt like is was worth nothing and the abuse was justified. I just wanted to disappear.

After I got out, I felt so free. I was happy and I could do all the things I wanted. I even met the love of my life. Part of me still doesn't believe he choose me.

Unfortunately 2 years ago PTSD came knocking at my door. I guess I have a lot of unprocessed feelings. The flashbacks are the worst. I feels like he is hurting me all over again. The feeling of being nothing comes back for no reason.

I am having a great life now and this PTSD is disrupting it. I wish I could put it away. But I am trying to face it, so I can move on. It is costing a lot of energy and I hope I find some help here.

Hello I joined 7 cups because I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to decisions and I would like to not be like that. Also I like to talk through my decision making processes and the listeners on here so far have helped quite a bit.
