hii! my name is jill, i’m 15, i go by she/her. i’m new here.
i suffer from social anxiety and i find it really hard to talk to people, even my own family members sometimes. i don’t have many friends and it can get really lonely. i really wanna change that this year, especially in school. i’d love to make some friends here and practice exposure therapy so i can socialise better, and i’ll also appreciate any advice! :)
