I can't remember if I posted here or not. One of my issues is short-term memory loss so I apologize in advance. I'm here because I'm thoroughly lost. I've just lost my husband of 38 years, already have depression and anxiety before all of that and several physical disabilities as well. I know I'm in the stage of grief that is just inexplicable. Some days are okay some days not so much I never knew there was so much stuff you had to do after a loved one dies and I'm working through that bunch of paperwork and stuff. But I'm here because my husband's oncologist suggested it as a place that I might have a touchstone out, a place I can come to when things get really crazy in my head.
