It is hard to reach out for help, but maybe just consider it a chat with a friend to get started. It's a safe place her to take it at your own pace. Don't be shy about trying a few listeners to find one you click with and find it easy to talk to. Hope to see you around.

I'm relatively new here myself, only been on a month or so, but I can say that I have found it to be very different, and much much better, much more supportive of both members and listeners, and therefor a much safer, more comfortable place to come and talk. Don't be afriad to try a few different listeners or forums until you find what you're looking for. Good luck find the support you need and feel free to reach out personally to myself or anyone else that's available. We're happy to help.

Today is my first day here, and I joined to work on growing as a person in many facets. Learning to cope with my emotions, build self esteem, finding a safe zone to just share and be heard. I'm not sure if you make friends here, but that would also be epic.
Hello, my name is Auburn and I just joined today. I've never been a part of a community like this before, so I'm not really sure how it works. 😬 I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for a few years now, and I think it would help a lot just to have someone to talk to.

I'll recomend to look around a bit and explore, we have group sopport chats and 1-on-1 chats with listeners, who aren't professionals, but they'll do their best to help you. If you have any doubts, you can message me, or go into the Members Community Room.

Hi all, My name is Deb. I'm 36 years old. I just joined today and its amazing a community like this exists. I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks on and off for about a few years now. The pandemic and having to be confined at home due to it has made it worst so I recently did some research to find apps and communities for help and support.
