My name is Shawna. I'm 23, a recent college graduate, and I'm on my way to getting my Masters degree in Counseling and Student Personnel so I can work in higher education. I've been battling depression, anxiety, and mild BPD for years. I hope I can find support here but also support others.

Hey guys. Name's Jaden. I've dealt with depression and anxiety on and off since eighth grade and it's come back for the past several months and it's hitting hard. Hoping to find some people to talk to here. Got broken up with last week and that cut me off from my main friend group.

Hi, I go by lane. Turning 19 soon. They/them. I've been struggling hard with depression, anxiety, and I think I may have undiagnosed cptsd. I think it's really starting to affect me. I'm completely new to this and new to just sharing my emotions in general. I also have ADHD so whoopdy doo got the whole kit and kaboodle. Really nervous but I hope this helps me somewhat :). Feel free to give me some tips!

Hello, I am new here. It's been long time time since I have reached out for support. I have a tendancy to burrow myself away and forget that I myself matter. I deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD and bipolar. I just want to feel normal. I want to make friends and help others too. Most importantly, I don't wanna be alone.
