Hi I'm Ava, I joined because I was depressed and lonely and have anxiety (I still experience these things but its gotten better). and to best support me is to be a good listener and to also give me ideas on how to change my mindset

this place seems so nice and supportive, I'm glad everyone here is able to find help/ is supportive enough to help! I'm dealing with my own issues right now but I can see myself being a listener someday too! I'm glad to be here!

Hello! I am ainel. I have always wanted to join a community like this but I felt very insecure. Now, I am so glad that I picked up the courage and joined.
When I was younger and was dealing with a lot of issues, there were a lot of people that supported me all throughout. I joined 7 cups because I want to pay it forward.

I found 7Cups through my college. I am here to indirectly be supported and guided on how to safely grieve the sudden death of my father. I can be best supported by possibly communicating with someone who shares a similar experience/understanding and overall just having authentic connections/assistance.
