I joined 7cups to learn how to deal with depression and trauma. I also hope everyone who has similar issues have a great day and keep moving forward.
Hi everyone! I don't know how it should be done here...but I am here to admit that I do need help to cope with myself and my feelings which are tearing my life into peaces...It is awful to admit that having lots of people around me to talk to about my feelings and emotions it is all being kept inside as fear of showing how weak and unconfident I am is way too big. I hope to find the right balance in my life here and also to help others! :)
