Hello, I am here because I struggle with depression, cptsd, anxiety, ADHD due to significant childhood emotional neglect and abuse. Recently I have broken up with my partner and I’m realizing that I am very codependent… I quickly jump into any relationship as soon as one is over. I don’t want to keep repeating that cycle anymore. I don’t know a lot about codependency but I’m sure it’s related to lack of love in childhood. Hoping to feel less alone and learn some strategies to heal so that I don’t end up back in another crappy relationship because I can’t be alone. Thanks all.
