I heard about 7 cups some time ago but I’ve always felt anxious or awkward posting or even speaking to anyone. I put off using it for that very reason. I started using this year and it’s helped me a ton with my anxiety and depression. I always feel better after being on here and being able to just talk to anyone willing to listen. Big thanks to the listeners on here for their continuing support!

Hi, I am an 18 year old guy helping people with their problems :)
just found 7 cups today in hopes to find people to talk to about everything i don't like talking to my mom about stuff beacuse she's part of the reason why i stress and have real bad anisity i have no friends to talk to.......and my family is just like my mom......unsupportive and hateful only care about them sleves.....
I'm here because I've lost my little sweet kitty 1.5 was ago, her name was Ruby and she was my dearest friend. My comfort is found thru relationships, my husband, my painting and my favorite actor.
