Hi, I´m Chloe. I go by Scarlight. The light in the dark. I´m here for because I have depression and anxiety. The topic I am seeking help for is Managing Emotions. I feel like it all comes down to that. I hope this website helps. It seems hopeful.

Hey!
I'm new to this forum/app. I'm struggling with depression, which has become pretty much chronic, and loneliness. I've started my journey of trying to battle my negative thoughts as I do realize it's all just a lot of nonsense that has little to no base in reality, but it's difficult to do it alone and so I'm here to seek support and inspiration.
I'm looking for a group of people who can cheer each other on as we embark on a new journey in life, a sort of online support group, I guess.

Just keep yourself motivated.. People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily.. 😅😅😂

Same here. I'm new to this site. So trying to figure out how to maneuver around.
I've struggled with ongoing depression but lost two loved ones recently and it has hit me so hard.

Well, while I generally have a great support system sometimes things or situations occur where I can't talk to those people so I am here to meet and talk with people because I am getting tired of having it just roll around in my head I suppose
