Hello. I created this account in 2017, but I didn't use it until now. I've dealt with various mental issues during my life, and I want to give this place a try. It seems like a decent resource. So far I'm impressed.

@Hope Hi, I'm here because I'm struggling with depression. I've lost motivation to do any of the things that I used to use as healthy coping mechanisms, and I'm just not ok. The best way to help would maybe having someone to talk to who understands what I'm going through.
@teatoast237 there are plenty of listeners available who may understand what you're going through. Please give us a message and talk about how you're feeling. I'm glad you're reaching out, its going to get better. 🙂
Hey, I'm Sparky. I've come here to help how to cope with difficult emotions. I've had a difficult past few months with my emotions and personal issues. I joined 7cups because I wanted some support. So far, I've had one conversation with a listener and I hope I can see some progress in myself within the next few months.
