Hello! I guess I can introduce myself by saying why I joined. My wife and I are struggling a lot and we need to get back to therapy and counseling (we haven't been for almost three years). She suggested we start here since we are incredibly busy and have a 1 year old to look after. Without going into too much detail, I struggle with anger, anxiety, and depression. I feel like she shares some of these but also has a very heightened fear of germs and dirt. I know this pandemic has forced us to change how we go about life entirely - especially with our son having significant medical issues - but this kind of anxiety has driven a huge wedge in our already unstable relationship. I am still remaining hopeful that through help and support on here and offline, we can work to control our issues and get back to a healthier relationship.
@jamesw741 So glad that you made it! I'm very sorry to hear about your issues. I struggle with marriage issues as well, and I also have 2 young children. If I can help in any way please feel free to reach out, I know parenting is a hard topic. I hope you find the help you need :)
