@Hope Hello everyone. I'm Mike, 39 years old. And I'm wanting to take more control of my mental health. I've struggled with what I've figured out later in life was anxiety since childhood even though I didn't have an official diagnosis. The past few years have really taken a toll on my mental health. I'm also willing to be a sounding board for people. That's the cliff's notes version anything else just ask.

As far as why i came here, do you want one thing or the entire list? ;p
I'll put it shortly; things are rough at home, money's tight, stupid stuff keeps happening, i can't get a job in the field that i went to college for; so i'm really burnt out and depressed.
How can you help me? I honestly don't know
I don't want this to be completely depressing, so here's some other stuff
Favorite color: blue
Major/obsession: Geology: the study of rocks and minerals
favorite rock/mineral: Geodes; the weird looking bumpy rocks that you break open and find crystals inside
Hobbies: reading, writing, cooking, rock hunting, hiking, some gaming, collecting Pokemon cards, rocks/minerals/fossils, dance (ballet, tap, hip hop, modern), taekwondo.
Favorite animal: owl
