Hello new friends.
I'm new here. I joined because I wanted to find a bipolar support group locally, but the closest one was an hour's drive away.
I'm 41 and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 37, which was an eye-opening experience and explained a lot of my life choices that I've always been confused about and never could quite justify.
