@James871 go to a place where ur alone and scream out loud. I know it sounds insane but it helps keeping stuff in has never helped anyone so try doing the opposite, let it out. Let me know if it works for u.

Hi I just need a hug <3 I had a rough day and I feel so stressed. I exercised, hot showered, took my medicine that's been helping with anxiety, meditated, and I am still feeling so overwhelmed. I am crying a bit right now.

I was having a nice day but having trouble trying to sleep during to a prior panic attack earlier tonight and being upset... I am still not calm enough to sleep and it's nearly midnight... So yeah, please... It might help.

I had a huge fight with my mom,it's easy for her to loose her mind, today she throw down everything that was on the table. I desperately need to move out but I have no money or job, I don't know what to do, I don't feel welcome in my own house anymore :(
